The Joseph J Mansfield Dam, finished in 1941, is the gateway to Lake Travis.
Stretching over 60 miles,
Lake Travis is the longest of the Highland Lakes chain. At it's widest point, the lake is
approximately 4.5 miles
wide. Formed by the Colorado River, Lake Travis offers an abundance of water related activities. The communities
surrounding the lake offer several of the premier golf courses available in the Texas Hill Country.
